As seen in my Planned Gantt Chart compared to my Actual Gantt Chart, I was off to a good start but when the holidays hit I didn’t spend much time working on the project. With other assignments popping up I found that I hadn’t put in enough work over the holidays which caused quite a lot of the Planning and Designing stage to be finished quite close to the due date.
